Hiroki Koga received B.E., M.E., and Dr. E. degrees from 

University of Tokyo, in 1990, 1992 and 1995, respectively. 

From 1995--1999, he was a Research Associate with 

University of Tokyo. From 1999, he has been with University 

of Tsukuba, where he is currently a Professor of Faculty of 

Engineering, Systems and Information. His research interests are

Shannon Theory and information security.
