Biography
Pavel Rybin was born in Ryazan, U.S.S.R., in 1987. He graduated from Moscow state technical university named after Bauman (BMSTU) in 2010 (chair - Information Security). He received Ph.D. degree in Physical and Mathematical Sciences from the Institute for Information Transmission Problems n.a A. Kharkevich (IITP RAS) in 2012. Currently he is senior reseacher in Laboratory #3 of IITP RAS. His research interests include error-correcting codes, decoding algorithms, complexity theory and communication systems. Since 2012 he is secretary of Russian chapter of IEEE Information Theory society.
