Biography
Roman V. Mescheryakov graduated with honors from Altay State Technic university in 1997, and got PhD from the Tomsk State University Of Control Systems and Radioelectronics in 2000. Currently he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Comlex information safety in computing systems, Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics . His research interests include systems analisys, cybernetics, information security and medical systems.
