Biography

Dr. Ambar Bajpai received the B.Tech. (Electronics and Communication Engineering) from UP Technical University, Lucknow, India in 2005, the M.Eng. (Communication Systems) from BITS Pilani, India in 2007, and the Ph.D. (Electrical Engineering) from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand in 2016.

In addition, he worked as an assistant professor in The Northcap (formerly ITM University), Gurugram, India for 3.5 years’ along with a visiting faculty in King Mongkut’s University of Technology, North Bangkok, Thailand for 3.5 years’.  He also worked in the industry as a project trainee in ST Microelectronics Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore India.  During his Ph.D., he got various opportunities to work for teaching assistantship in various subjects related to communication systems in the International School of Engineering (ISE) and Graduate school for web administrative work. Furthermore, he also volunteered AOTULE meet in Chulalongkorn University in 2014.  Dr. Bajpai also received various scholarships mainly a prestigious graduate school scholarship, 90 th year Research Scholarship, and Overseas Academic Presentation Scholarship during his Ph.D.  Prior to this he received Govt. of India, GATE scholarship for his master’s degree in India.

His work has been published in several international journals and conferences and he visited many countries in Asia and Europe for scholarly presentation.

His areas of interest are iterative channel coding, visible light communication, 5G’s, and wireless sensor networks, all applicable into the domain of wireless communications.
