Information for Poster Presentations
Information for your poster presentations:
-
At the beginning of each poster session, there will be a slide show. You will have exactly 1 minute and 1 slide to introduce yourself and your poster to the audience. Keep the slide simple, for example see this
template
.
- After the slide show, you will have about 90 minutes to discuss your poster and answer questions related to your presentation and work.
- You are responsible for setting up your poster before the start of your session, and removing it afterwards. Poster boards, easels and pins will be provided. The poster boards are of size 30x40 inches.
-
Bring your poster with you, we will not provide printing services. We recommend that you save costs and create your poster using standard letter-size paper, there is no point in spending over $100 on a super
-fancy poster. Try to impress through your technical curiosity and knowledge.
