As announced at the School, we have some funds available for travel grants for about 30 students. To apply for travel support, you must have the original receipts for all items you are claiming. Please follow the instructions below carefully.

• Prepare an itemized list of expenses and a total amount of reimbursement.
• On the same sheet, include your return address , your social security number (or social insurance number for those in Canada), your email address , and your phone number in case we need to contact you.
• Tape (don't glue) the original receipts on standard letter-size (8 1/2 x 11) paper.
• Make a copy of the records for yourself since we will not return the originals.
• Mail the package before September 23, 2010, to

Note: not following the above instructions will result in your request being declined. If we can accept your request in full or in part, you will eventually receive a check in the mail. Please expect an update on the status of your application by the end of October 2010.
