We are writing to invite you to participate in a workshop on "Network Coding: the Next 15 Years" to be held at DIMACS, Rutgers University, New Jersey, on December 15-17, 2015. The workshop is organized by Michael Langberg (SUNY Buffalo), Emina Soljanin (Bell Labs), and Alex Sprintson (TAMU).
The primary goal of the workshop is to reflect on the past breakthroughs and stimulate the next 15 years of Network Coding research, discuss the new horizons for Network Coding and related fields, and identify key areas and research problems that may be in the focus of the research community in the short and long terms.

Confirmed speakers include: Mohammad Ali Maddah-Ali, Alexander Barg, Eimear Byrne, Viveck Cadambe, Chandra Chekuri , Alex Dimakis, Hoang Dau, Michelle Effros, Salim El Rouayheb, Sid Jaggi, Sudeep Kamath, Young-Han Kim, Joerg Kliewer, Oliver Kosut, Gerhard Kramer, Muriel Medard, Bobak Nazer, Aditya Ramamoorthy, Parastoo Sadeghi and Raymond Yeung.
The tentative workshop's program will include a limited number of talks per day with plenty of time for discussions among the participants. Poster sessions will also be planned throughout the workshop. Please send poster proposals to Alex Sprintson ( [email protected] ) by November 30th.
