Housing been arranged at the Arts & Humanities Residential College at Parkside on the USC Campus. The accommodations are a short walk from the lecture hall and should provide an excellent environment for interacting with other school participants. The rooms will be available for 4 nights from Wednesday, August 4 to Sunday August 8 only . Anyone wishing to stay in Los Angeles for a longer period will be responsible for finding their own accommodations for any additional days. The cost of the rooms will be subsidized by the IT school and will cost participants a non-refundable deposit of $120 (this deposit may also be reimbursed if we are able to secure sufficient funding for travel grants). A receipt will be included in the registration package.
Breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and dinner
will be offered during the duration of the school. Information regarding dining options will be provided on-site.
