Accommodations have been arranged for participants at Slivka Residential College on Northwestern's Campus. The accommodations are within a short walk to where the school will be held and we hope will provide an excellent environment for interacting with the other participants in the school. The rooms will be available for four nights from Sunday, August 9 to Wednesday August 12 only . Anyone wishing to stay in the Chicago area for a longer period will be responsible for finding their own accommodations for any additional days. The cost of the rooms will be subsidized by the IT school and will only cost participants a non-refundable deposit of $100 (this deposit may also be reimbursed if we are able to secure funding for additional travel grants). A receipt will be included in the registration package.

Breakfast , lunch , and coffee breaks will be offered during the duration of the school. Information regarding dining options for dinner will be provided on-site.
