The project with which the position is associated is at the interface of information theory, learning, security and privacy, and distributed systems. Candidates must have a solid background in information theory, statistics, and learning. A Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics or a closely related area is required.
